What better way to learn everything there is to know about the extremely high performance of FILA products, developed in the lab to meet the needs of all surfaces? FILA personnel and lab technicians explain the benefits of every product, with application trials and much more: participation in FILA training courses gives the client a chance to talk directly with our company’s technical personnel, who can offer advice and suggestions for product development. This kind of dialogue is also fundamental for drawing up tangible measures for client sell-out together with FILA. A good example is cross-selling of tiles and FILA products, in the case of tile showroom retailers leading to an increase in business for the client and a drastic reduction in complaints from private individuals or the use of merchandising tools provided by our company (index, cardboard totem, counter tile display, etc.).
In collaboration with the client, FILA also offers external training at the retailer’s sales point, with the aim of training clients who get their supplies there.
