We would like to inform you that this document is only applicable to the website www.filasolutions.com and its linked blog (blog.filasolutions.com), while it is not applicable to other websites potentially consulted through external links. The document, issued under article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and national legislation regarding the protection of personal data, is intended for those who interact with the website or the linked blog, all entirely according to Recommendation 2/2001 regarding the minimum requisites for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 from Article 29 Working Party.

Your data will be retained in our archives for the time period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, unless you exercise your right to cancel the newsletter at any time and unless your data has been collected by the Data Controller for other legitimate purposes.

6. Obligation / discretion to provide personal data

7. Rights of the data subject
