Upon you explicit consent, data spontaneously provided, namely browsing data collected through the forms of the website, may be also subject to processing by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
e) To fulfil marketing activity through the registration to our newsletter, namely through email and/or automatic messages and/or by telephone through offers and sales initiatives regarding a FILA product or service, as well as through market surveys or other customer satisfaction initiatives promoted by the Data Controller;
f) In order to personalise our offers and sales initiatives based on your specific needs, preferences and buying behaviour.

3. Data processing procedures
Data processing is carried out through the following operations or group of operations: collection, registration, organisation, structuring, retention, adjustment or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication through transmission, circulation or any other way of enabling the availability, comparison or interconnection, limitation, erasure or distribution of data.
We would like to inform you that we will also use automated systems for the storage and processing of your data, for which we have arranged adequate technical and organisational measures.
The data will not be subject to decisional processes based on automated processing, including profiling, but may be sent to countries in the European Union.

4. Communication of data and recipient categories
Additionally, we would like to inform you that your data will be sent to predetermined recipients with whom we have undertaken specific tasks and /or contracts which also guideline procedures for data processing on our behalf and impose obligations of confidentiality, as well as adequate safety measures for data processing, including:
- FILA employees and collaborators;
- Companies or professional firms which provide assistance, consultation or services regarding accounting, administrative, legal, tributary, and budgeting matters on behalf of FILA;

Your right to ask the Data Controller at any time, as indicated above, for a complete and updated list of predetermined recipients remains intact.

5. Data retention period
Your data will be retained in our archive for the time period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, except when European Union law or that of Member States foresees longer data retention times for the protection of legitimate interests by the Data Controller and/or for the fulfilment of legal obligations. Thereafter, the data will be deleted/destroyed.

6. Obligation / Discretion to provide personal data
We would like to specify that the communication of your personal data is necessary in order to facilitate FILA’s specialised personnel in meeting your requests (information, reports, technical assistance). Therefore, without your personal data, FILA will not be able to respond to your requests.
Regarding the data communicated for the purpose of marketing and profiling (see letters E and F above), we specify that this data communication is optional and that FILA is authorised to process this data for such purposes only with your consent and until the consent is revoked.

7. Rights of the data subject
We have the obligation to respond to your requests regarding how and why we process your data. We also have the obligation to rectify inexact data, integrate incomplete data and update past data. Lastly, we have the obligation to delete the data and limit their processing for legitimate causes, as well as to transmit data to you or to third parties indicated by you; we have the obligation to interrupt the data processing if you are not in agreement, unless we have a legal interest and/or right and/or obligation relative to data processing.
