The personal data indicated on this page is processed by FILA with the purpose of providing the user information about the company and its products and services offered on the market through its website, which the user may freely access. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES FOR THE DATA PROCESSING
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the functioning of this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data, of which transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This category includes IP addresses or dominion names of the user’s computers and terminals, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) query strings, the time of query, the method of query submitted to the server, the dimension of the answer file, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
Such data, necessary for use of web services, is also processed with the objective of:

  • Obtaining statistical information about the use of services (pages most visited, number of visitors per time slot, geographical area of origin, etc.);
  • Overseeing the correct operation of the services offered.

The browsing data does not remain in the system for more than seven days, and is immediately deleted after its aggregation (except if needed for crime investigations by judicial authorities.)

Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit or voluntary transmission of messages to FILA’s contact addresses, as well as the filling in and forwarding of forms present on the FILA website, require the collection of the sender’s contact information necessary to respond to the sender, and also require the collection of all personal data included in the communication.
Specific information, designed for the distribution of specific services (product request forms, newsletter mailings, curriculum vitae submittals), is published on the pages of the FILA website.

Cookies and other tracing systems
Cookies are small text files sent by websites visited by the user to the user’s terminals, where they are memorised in order to be retransmitted to the same websites the next time the user visits those websites.
Cookies are used for different purposes: the execution of computer authentications, session monitoring, memorising information about specific configurations regarding the users that access the server, preference memorisation, etc.
“Technical” cookies are used to allow browsing or provide a service requested by the user. They are not used for other purposes and are normally directly installed by the owner of the website.
“Third-party” cookies are set up by a website different than that which the user is visiting. This is because on each website there may be elements (images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other dominions, etc.) which reside on servers different than that of the visited website.
“Profiling” cookies are used to trace the user’s browsing on the web and create profiles based on their tastes, habits, choices, etc. Using these cookies, advertising in line with user preferences already manifested by the same user through their online browsing can be transmitted to the user’s terminal.
The users’ consent is not requested in order to install “technical” cookies, but it is necessary to inform the users of their installation (art. 13 of the Regulation). “Profiling” cookies, on the other hand, may be installed on the user’s terminal only if the user has expressed their consent after being informed through simple, common language.
The first time you visit our website, you will receive a banner regarding our use of cookies. The banner specifies that FILA’s website also uses “profiling” cookies and potentially also “third-party” cookies. The banner also provides a link to the Comprehensive Cookie Policy which states that, through that link, you may deny consent to the installation of any cookie and that, by choosing to continue navigating the site, the user consents to the use of cookies.
Following the indications on the Comprehensive Cookie Policy, you may change your browser settings to disable all, or only some cookies, according to your preferences. However, disabling cookies may reduce the functioning of the site and have a negative impact on your browsing experience. For more information about cookies, you may consult our Cookie Policy at https://www.filasolutions.it/informativa-cookie
