Dear Candidate,
We are FILA INDUSTRIA CHIMICA S.p.A. (hereinafter, FILA), VAT Identification Number IT00229240288, with headquarters in San Martino di Lupari (PD), via Garibaldi n. 58, and we are responsible for the protection, safety and legitimate use of your data. We would like to inform you that the processing of data collected directly from you, through the mailing of your curriculum vitae, is necessary in order to process your application and for the potential establishment of an employment contract based on the personal and professional characteristics indicated by you.
We would also like to inform you that the present document is only applicable to the website www.filasolutions.com, and it does not apply to other websites consulted through external links. The present document, pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, is intended for those who access the link www.filasolutions.com/ita/contatti/lavora-con-noi, according to Recommendation 2/2001 regarding the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 from Article 29 Working Party.

1. Data Controller
For information and/or to report potential problems, you may contact the Data Controller, acting as the legal representative pro tempore, any time at [email protected] or at +39 049 9467300.

2. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
Personal data, identifying and curricular, as well as potentially sensitive data collected from you or through third parties which the Data Controller uses for the personnel selection process, are processed and utilised to carry out your request and, more precisely, to proceed with the verification of the prerequisites required for hiring and/or for the establishment of a professional collaboration. The data collection will only regard non-sensitive data; hence, you will not be required to provide personal details, in accordance with article 9 of Regulation 2016/679, or information regarding health conditions. There, however, exists the exception in which the aforementioned data must be known in order to establish an employment relationship, particularly if you belong to sheltered groups and if the data regards pre-employment medical exams.

3. Data Processing procedures
Data processing is carried out through the following operations or group of operations: collection, registration, organisation, structuring, retention, adjustment or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication through transmission, circulation or any other way of enabling availability, comparison or interconnection, limitation, erasure or distribution of data. We would like to inform you that we will also use automated systems for the storage and processing of your data, for which we have arranged adequate technical and organisational measures.
The data will not be subject to decisional processes based on automated processes, including profiling.

4. Communication of data and recipient categories
Your data will not be divulged. The data may be communicated to third parties selected and mentioned according to article 28 of Regulation 2016/679, if necessary, for the indicated purposes (for example, personnel employment and assessment agencies). Furthermore, the data may be communicated to other companies of the FILA organisation specifically for personnel selection.
Your right to ask the Data Controller at any time, as indicated above, for a complete and updated list of predetermined recipients remains intact.

5. Data retention period
The data collected during your job application process will be retained in our archives for the time period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes aforementioned in point number 2 and, in any case, for a time period not exceeding 24 months. Thereafter, the data will be deleted/destroyed.

6. Obligation / discretion to provide personal data
The presentation of data is optional, as is sending the curriculum vitae. As far as data subsequently and potentially requested by the Data Controller is concerned, failure to provide data makes it impossible to proceed with the verification of prerequisites required for hiring and/or for the initiation of a professional collaboration and, hence, for the establishment of a potential employment relationship with the Data Controller. Consent to the processing of personal data is not required, given that the the processing involves the data provided on the curriculum vitae spontaneously transmitted by the interested party for the purpose of potentially establishing an employment relationship or collaboration. The same holds for potentially sensitive data transmitted by the interested party through the same methods, for which consent is not required by law. A specific consent regarding the processing of personal data will be requested of the persons summoned for a job interview.

7. Rights of the data subject
We have the obligation to respond to your requests regarding how and why we process your data. We also have the obligation to rectify inexact data, integrate incomplete data and update past data. Lastly, we have the obligation to delete the data and limit its processing for legitimate causes, as well as to transmit data to you and/or to third parties indicated by you; we have the obligation to interrupt the data processing if you no longer consent, unless we have a legal interest and/or right and/or obligation regarding the data processing.
If you intend to exercise one or more of the rights indicated above, please submit a request to our legal office at [email protected], or call us at +39 049/9467300, so that we can effectively and promptly analyse your request. If the reply is not to your satisfaction, you may contact the Data Protection Supervisor.
