As a proud member of the Stone Federation, at FILA, we actively participate in the association’s technical committee, generously sharing our vast knowledge and experience. In July, we welcomed Matt Rob, Digital Media Executive at Stone Federation, to embark on an exciting behind-the-scenes tour of FILA's headquarters in Italy, further strengthening our collaboration.

During Matt's visit, we had the privilege of showcasing our Research and Development department and demonstrating the advanced instruments we employ in our laboratory. We exhibited our microscope, ageing chamber, and spectroscopy tools, revealing how these instruments contribute to our understanding of protective product performance and enable us to extend the lifespan of various materials.

Another highlight was introducing Matt to our latest products and green solutions, emphasising the significant time and resources we devote to ensuring sustainability in our industry. Additionally, he was given an immersive experience in the application room, witnessing the effectiveness of our innovations.

 

 

Moreover, we shared our global projects with Matt, highlighting our reach and showcasing the invaluable support FILA provides to contractors, architects, and stonemasons. We also underscored our commitment to charity work and green causes, demonstrating our broader mission to make a positive impact on both the environment and society.

Matt's visit had a clear and crucial purpose: to draw a line under FILA's status as the ultimate partner for professionals operating in the stone industry. Our expertise and resources can significantly contribute to enhancing the specifications of stone in various projects, and we’re confident that the Stone Federation can endorse us as their trusted partner, knowing that we are equipped to drive the stone industry forward.
