“The Most Idyllic Place to Live in Europe”

Nestled in the heart of Chianti, La Veduta di Vertine stands as a magnificent villa in the enchanting village of Gaiole. This meticulously restored 16th-century haven boasts five bedrooms, each exuding an air of refinement and comfort. With the added touch of air-conditioning, the villa provides a haven of tranquillity, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the timeless beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Embracing the epitome of sophistication, the villa features a refreshing swimming pool, offering a respite for those seeking relaxation beneath the Tuscan sun. A short stroll away lies the captivating town of Gaiole, celebrated as "The Most Idyllic Place to Live in Europe", according to Forbes magazine. This accolade only begins to capture the allure of this charming destination, where history intertwines seamlessly with contemporary elegance.

Immaculately restored to its original grandeur, the villa spans 4,500 square feet, defining luxury in every corner. The flooring, tracing the perimeter of the farmstead, entrances, and surrounding the enticing pool, is a masterful creation of handmade terracotta. However, the ravages of time had cast shadows on its beauty, with stains and mould threatening its allure and safety.

We initiated the restoration process by applying PS87 PRO, a robust and effective cleaner, to revive its pristine charm. When diluted in water (at a ratio of 1:10-1:20), this remarkable solution proved invaluable in tackling seemingly 'impossible-to-remove' stains." The solution worked its magic, allowing it to permeate the surface for 4-5 minutes, breathing new life into the aged terracotta.

Following this meticulous cleaning phase, our breathable and eco-compatible water repellent, HYDROREP ECO, was applied undiluted in two coats. This exceptional solution deeply impregnates the material and maintains its breathability.

As a guardian against algae, mould, and lichens, HYDROREP ECO protects against weather-induced wear and tear. Likewise, its versatility is notable; this water-based sealer can even be applied when there's a little residual moisture present, cutting down application time.
