FILA Solutions was proud to sponsor once again the Apex Grange Golf Day, which took place this September at the beautiful Abridge Golf Club in Romford. Bringing together suppliers, contractors, and friends from across the tiling and construction industry, the event was a day of friendly competition and great company.

Known for its scenic fairways and a challenging yet well-designed course, Abridge provided the perfect backdrop for the day. Pre-game, players enjoyed catching up over coffee and a hearty breakfast. Once out on the course, the weather held out, setting the stage for some fantastic swings (and the occasional stray shot, of course).

 

 

When play came to an end, it was time to wrap up and head back to the clubhouse to tally the scores. Ben Montgomery took home the top spot as overall winner, followed by Dan Spinks in second place. The team of John Bass, Thomas Etheridge, Rafi Mimoni, and Jake Mimoni scooped the group prize, while Blake Young was recognised for the longest drive, and Alan Macnae claimed nearest the pin.

 

 

With the results in, it was time to relax, cue a well-earned BBQ, and great conversation as the sun went down.

As a long-standing distributor of FILA Solutions, Apex Grange continues to play an important role in supporting tilers and contractors across the UK tiling and surface sector. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces on the fairways, and we’d like to thank the team again for hosting another memorable day.

With such a great turnout, plans are already underway for next year’s event, and we’re looking forward to doing it all again.
