SALES MANAGER UK
Fila Surface Care Products Limited – a leading company in the treatment, protection and maintenance of all surfaces, is seeking an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Manager for North UK.
The position involves the direct responsibility in regards to the expansion of the customer portfolio and the growth and the retaining of existing customers through:
Planning of the most suitable commercial strategies, especially concerning top prospect’s achievement and optimal negotiation of sale conditions, with related budgets and offers definition;
Control and supervision of the whole supply process: from the checking out of orders together with the Customer Care Department to credit management;
Responsibility of the budget achievement in the area of competence, through a weekly report and an accurate definition of corrective measures and market penetration strategies in case of deviations from the budget conditions;
Due to the high-technical content of our products, technical assistance (by phone and on construction sites) as well as training to customers and practical demonstrations (illustrative applications on samples) are essential for the role.
- Strengthened experience in that role, matured by working in construction or chemical firms that are specialized in surface treating, organized in a modern manner and on a worldwide scale;
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
- In-depth expertise in the utilization of computer tools;
- Customer orientation, negotiation ability, relational skills, flexibility and proactive approach
- Practical demonstrations (illustrative applications on samples) are instrumental in the product sale, as they have advanced technical contents.
Complete and continuative readiness to travel, both national and to the Italian headquarter, is required in order to join refresher course and strategic meeting.

- in collaboration with the CFO, managing the needs of the Finance area, keeping accounts (account receivable/account payable), making payments, keeping relationships with accountants and handling unpaid debts;
- managing orders second steps: receiving the order enter in the system, check if it meets the requirements, send order confirmation;
- preparing documentation shipping and checking the delivery of the goods within the time and in the manner agreed with the customer.
- University Degree (business studies);
- -knowledge of accountancy;
- -strengthened experience in the role, matured by working in companies organized in a modern manner and on a worldwide scale;
- fluent English; Knowledge of Arabic would be appreciated;
- good interpersonal and communication skills;
- planning and organisational skills.
