In the heart of Knightsbridge, a remarkable development named Knightsbridge Gardens has recently been unveiled, featuring 29 luxurious apartments that redefine the concept of high-end rental homes in London. This groundbreaking project, spearheaded by The Olayan Group, a longstanding guardian of The Knightsbridge Estate, is a cornerstone in a comprehensive revitalisation effort.

Nestled opposite the prestigious One Hyde Park, considered the area's flagship apartment block, and strategically positioned between renowned luxury retail landmarks, Harrods and Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge Gardens is hailed as London's first-ever "super-prime residences for rent" scheme. It is also the most expensive build-to-rent block in the capital, setting a new standard for opulent urban living.

Beyond the residential spaces, Knightsbridge Gardens ingeniously transforms an iconic corner of Knightsbridge, preserving the area’s allure through retained period façades. The K1 development emerges as a mixed-use haven, featuring seven expansive retail units, a 67,000 sq ft office building, and its crowning jewel—a rooftop restaurant that adds a touch of culinary indulgence to the entire complex.

Collaborating with the primary contractor, Skanska, and the tiling sub-contractor, Stone and Ceramic, FILA's Surface Care products were pivotal in maintaining a diverse range of natural stone surfaces at Knightsbridge Gardens. Applied with precision and meticulous attention to detail, these top-tier solutions enhanced and protected the floors, countertops, and walls across the luxury apartments, lift lobbies, reception areas, and the orangery. This comprehensive care extended to various materials, including porcelain tiles and seven distinctive types of luxurious marble: Fior di Bosco, Volokas, Statuario, Aja Marina, Arabescato Vagli, Calacatta Oro, and Dietfurt Beige.

For post-construction cleaning, CLEANER PRO was meticulously chosen for its efficacy on delicate materials, especially those with a polished finish sensitive to strong detergents. We recommended MP90 ECO XTREME, a sealer limiting water absorption and protecting against non-acid staining agents to preserve material integrity.
